Payment conditions

At least 30% of the amount due is requested at the time of reservation, via bank transfer, the balance must be paid in cash at the time of arrive.
 

Cancellation: since the reservation day until 20 days before arriving, a penalty of 25 � will be charged for administrative expenses. During the last 20 days, all the amount given in advance will be retained. For predate departure, all the amount paid in advance to do the reservation will be retained.

For late arrival, we try to help you as best as possible.

Until 10.00 a.m.: luggage deposit available.

We reserve the right to change the reservation (to a similar one) for circumstances out of our control.
